The letter where the method runs out

Pluto has been within a twentieth of a degree of the Moon of the People's Republic since Monday, and stops dead on it on Friday. I have spent five weeks arguing from the record.

For this one the record is a single case, in 1961, on somebody else's chart. Today Pluto stands twenty-four thousandths of a degree from the Moon in the founding chart of the People's Republic of China. On Friday it stops there.
